• How do the epis and pikliz products remain fresh during shipping?

The epis and pikliz products are vinegar based. Vinegar is a preservative used for domestic and in the food industry. Its acidic make inhibits the growth of microorganisms in foods, preventing them from spoiling.

• What is the expiration date for vinegar products?

Simply put, distilled white vinegar products does not expire if stored properly. Allowing the preserved products to last months.

• Where should I store products?

Any beverage products should be stored upon arrival. The Epis and Pikliz should be stored in the refrigerator after opening. The peanuts can be stored in the pantry.

• If I left my Epis and Pikliz out, would it go bad?

No. Its preservative will continue to keep it fresh and delicious.

• Can I order a large quantity of epis for a party?

Currently, we sell 22oz jars. This is sufficient if you are cooking for a large party. For one who cooks regularly, this jar can make a full months’ worth of meals. However, smaller options are coming soon.

• I only have one child; may I join group session?

Yes, group session is open to all who wish to take advantage of the group discount. I caution you; if a minimum of two or more students do not schedule the day, you risk being cancelled or rescheduled.

• If the session is cancelled, may I request a refund?

Yes, you may request a refund. However, I encourage you to reschedule a preferrable date. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for more information.

• What grade school do you teach?

Everyone can learn writing. For best results, I suggest you enroll your student who are in between second to twelfth grade.

• With so many different grade level, how are you to guarantee affective results?

No one can guarantee anything. However, grade level has no bearing on learning. Learning styles: sight, audio, and tactile are responsible for how we intake information. My goal is to understand your way of retaining the material and then tailoring how I provide it.

• Do you teach adults?

Yes, college students or adults who need help with writing a paper, letter, etc. are welcome.
